隐私政策

CamTwin（双摄相机）用于拍摄照片和视频，并在支持的设备上同时使用前后摄像头。本政策说明本地处理、系统相册、广告、商店购买及在线页面的数据使用。应用不要求注册开发者账户，也没有向开发者上传拍摄内容的接口。

相机权限用于预览和拍摄；启用有声录制时请求麦克风权限，也可以选择无声录制。保存拍摄内容时请求“添加到照片”权限，不请求读取整个照片图库的权限。打开系统相册会交由系统照片应用处理。拒绝照片添加权限或保存失败时，作品保留在应用内。
使用 Core Motion 获取设备姿态，以旋转拍摄控件并确定成片方向。姿态只在本机内存处理，不保存或上传；离开拍摄页面或进入后台时停止监听。
广告同意流程与系统 App 跟踪透明度（ATT）授权分开处理。需要时，应用在同意流程后请求跟踪授权；你可在 iOS 设置中调整。拒绝跟踪不会关闭基本拍摄或已购买权益，也不等于停用所有广告或同意管理请求。
Apple App Store 处理购买和付款；应用通过 StoreKit 的交易状态和本机验证确认、恢复 Pro 权益。“更多应用”中的有效 App Store 商品链接通过应用内商店页面加载。

Google 广告组件可处理广告 ID、应用集 ID，以及适用时与设备已登录账户有关的标识符。你可使用 Android 系统提供的广告隐私设置管理广告 ID，并在应用显示隐私选项入口时调整同意选择。
Google Play 处理购买和付款；应用通过商店购买状态、购买令牌及本机验证确认、恢复 Pro 权益。“更多应用”中由你选择的商店或网页链接可能交由设备上的对应应用处理。
拍摄内容与本地数据
相机画面、录音和成片在设备上采集、合成与保存。应用在本地保存作品、缩略图、作品索引和相册保存进度；提词器文本、拍摄参数、水印设置、语言等偏好也保存在设备上。应用没有将这些内容发送到开发者服务器的功能，也未接入独立的开发者分析或崩溃上报服务；下文所述第三方广告组件有其自身的数据处理。
保存到相册、分享与备份
具备系统相册写入能力后，应用会保存新拍摄内容及已有本地作品，包括“最近删除”中尚未永久删除的内容。只有全部待保存作品的文件成功写入并完成本地校验后，才移除相应本地原件；失败时保留待处理内容以便重试。分享由你主动发起，所选接收应用或服务会按照其自身规则处理收到的文件。系统相册云同步、设备备份及恢复由操作系统和你选用的服务及设置决定；CamTwin 没有独立的作品云同步服务。
广告与隐私选择
应用接入 Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads）和 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）。启动时会更新同意信息，并在需要时显示同意表单或设置中的隐私选项。只有会员状态已确认、用户为非 Pro 且隐私条件允许时，才请求开屏或插页广告；已确认的 Pro 用户不请求广告，但同意管理仍可能连接 Google。
Google 组件可能处理 IP 地址及由其推断的粗略位置、设备标识符、应用和广告交互、广告展示信息、崩溃、性能及其他诊断数据，用于同意管理、广告投放和衡量、分析及防欺诈。适用的同意和系统设置会影响处理方式；允许时，设备标识符可用于跨其他公司应用和网站的跟踪。拒绝个性化或跟踪不代表第三方服务完全停止处理数据。
购买与会员
应用提供月度、年度及永久 Pro 权益。付款资料由所在平台的商店处理；CamTwin 在设备上使用商品标识、交易状态及购买凭证确认或恢复权益，不将交易凭证发送到开发者运营的验证服务器。会员状态在应用运行期间保留并从商店刷新。开发者不会从应用取得你的商店密码或完整支付卡资料。订阅管理和退款通过相应商店办理；卸载应用不会取消订阅。
在线页面与联系信息
打开隐私政策、“更多应用”或 iOS 服务条款时，网页主机会收到普通网络请求信息，例如 IP 地址、用户代理和所请求的地址。“更多应用”还会接收平台、当前应用标识、语言和主题；本政策的应用内页面会通过用户代理接收平台、语言及主题标记，不包含唯一设备标识或作品内容。本页面本身不加载广告、统计脚本或第三方字体，也不写入 Cookie 或浏览器本地存储。外部服务有其自身的数据处理规则。

保留、删除与控制
本地作品模式下，删除作品会先移入“最近删除”，你可以恢复或永久删除；移入“最近删除”不等于彻底清除。成功保存到系统相册后的副本需在系统相册中管理和删除。提词器文本可在编辑器中修改或清空；系统设置可用于撤销相机、麦克风及适用的相册权限。关闭权限会限制相应功能。
应用内文件和偏好会保留至被对应功能删除、系统清除应用数据或卸载时移除；系统备份、相册、已分享的副本以及商店和 Google 保存的数据需通过相应服务管理，卸载不会一并删除这些数据。第三方数据保留按其政策执行。开发者没有可代你远程访问或删除的作品副本；隐私问题和删除指引可通过上述邮箱联系。
安全与政策更新
应用使用操作系统提供的存储与权限隔离；在线页面通过 HTTPS 访问。任何存储或传输方式都不能保证绝对安全。Google、Apple、网页托管和你主动选择的服务可能在设备所在地区以外处理相关服务数据，具体以其政策为准。本政策变化会在本页更新，并标注新的生效日期。
Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
CamTwin captures photos and videos, including simultaneous front and rear views on supported devices. This policy explains local processing, the system photo library, advertising, store purchases and online pages. No developer account is required, and the app has no endpoint for uploading your captures to the developer.

Camera permission enables preview and capture. Microphone permission is requested for recording with sound; silent recording is also available. Saving captures requests add-only Photos access, not permission to read your entire library. Opening the system gallery hands control to Photos. If access is denied or saving fails, works remain in the app.
Core Motion provides device orientation for camera controls and capture direction. Readings are processed only in device memory, without storage or upload. Monitoring stops when you leave the camera page or put the app in the background.
Advertising consent and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization are separate. When needed, tracking authorization is requested after the consent flow; you can change it in iOS settings. Declining tracking does not disable basic capture or purchased access, and does not disable all advertising or consent-management requests.
Apple App Store handles purchases and payment. The app uses StoreKit transaction status and on-device verification to confirm or restore Pro access. Valid App Store product links in More Apps load in an in-app store view.

Opening the system gallery hands control to a gallery app. Works remain in the app if saving fails.
Orientation sensors provide camera-control and capture direction. Readings stay in device memory without storage or upload; monitoring stops when you leave the camera page or background the app. CamTwin does not request location permission, but advertising services may infer approximate location from an IP address.
Google advertising components can process the advertising ID, app set ID and, where applicable, identifiers relating to signed-in accounts on the device. Use Android advertising privacy settings to manage your advertising ID and the in-app privacy options when displayed to change consent choices.
Google Play handles purchases and payment. The app uses store purchase status, purchase tokens and on-device verification to confirm or restore Pro access. Store or website links you select in More Apps may open in an appropriate app on your device.
Captures and local data
Camera frames, recorded sound and completed media are captured, composed and saved on your device. The app stores works, thumbnails, a works index and photo-library delivery progress locally, along with teleprompter text, capture options, watermark settings, language and other preferences. It has no feature that sends this content to a developer server and no separate developer analytics or crash-reporting service. Third-party advertising components have their own data processing described below.
Photo-library delivery, sharing and backup
Once photo-library writing is available, the app saves new captures and existing local works, including items in Recently Deleted that have not been permanently removed. Local originals are removed only after all pending works’ files have been saved and verified locally; failures leave pending content available for retry. Sharing requires your action, and the receiving app or service handles the files under its own rules. System photo sync, device backup and restoration depend on your operating system, services and settings. CamTwin has no separate cloud-sync service for works.
Advertising and privacy choices
The app integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Consent information is updated at launch, with consent forms or privacy options in settings shown when required. App-open or interstitial ads are requested only for verified non-Pro users when privacy conditions permit. Verified Pro users receive no ad requests, but consent management can still contact Google.
Google components may process IP addresses and inferred approximate location, device identifiers, app and ad interactions, ad exposure, crash reports, performance and other diagnostics for consent management, ad delivery and measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Processing depends on applicable consent and system settings. Where permitted, identifiers may support tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Declining personalization or tracking does not stop all third-party processing.
Purchases and membership
Monthly, yearly and lifetime Pro access are available. Your platform’s store handles payment details. CamTwin uses product identifiers, transaction status and purchase evidence on your device to confirm or restore access, without sending purchase evidence to a developer-operated verification server. Membership state is held while the app runs and refreshed from the store. The developer does not obtain your store password or full payment-card details from the app. Manage subscriptions and refunds through the relevant store; uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
Online pages and contact
Opening this policy, More Apps or iOS terms sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address, user agent and requested URL, to the website host. More Apps also receives the platform, current app identifier, language and theme. The in-app policy page receives platform, language and theme markers through the user agent, without a unique device identifier or your works. This page itself loads no ads, analytics scripts or third-party fonts, and writes no cookies or browser local storage. External services have their own data practices.

Retention, deletion and controls
In local Works mode, deleting a work moves it to Recently Deleted for restoration or permanent removal; moving it there does not erase it. Manage and delete copies successfully saved to the system photo library in your photo app. You can edit or clear teleprompter text in its editor and revoke camera, microphone and applicable photo permissions in system settings. Revoking access limits the related feature.
App files and preferences remain until removed by the relevant feature, system app-data clearing or uninstallation. System backups, photo-library and shared copies, and data held by stores or Google must be managed with those services; uninstalling does not remove them all. Third-party retention follows their policies. The developer has no copy of your works to access or delete remotely. Contact the email above for privacy questions or deletion guidance.
Security and policy updates
The app uses operating-system storage and permission protections; online pages use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Google, Apple, website hosting and services you choose may process service data outside your device’s region under their own policies. Changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
